Moist Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting



Beneath this cake lies double layer of moist, lightly spiced cake that are flecked with carrots, sandwiched with walnuts and enveloped by a generous coating of creamy cream cheese frosting. It is further enhanced with a generous amount of chopped toasted walnuts on the sides that adds the nice crunch of contrasting texture..

Yup, carrot cake will never go out of time. I love carrot cake. In fact, carrot cake was the first cake that I baked when I first started on this hobby.. then came along the chocolate cake.. :)

This carrot cake is delicious, and offers a welcome treat be it for birthdays or any other occasion. It also makes a mouth-watering alternative for those who don’t like chocolate or other cakes. The cake weighs around 2 kg and price at RM65.
