Shades of Blue and Pink Engagement Cake

Shades of pink and blue theme colour requested by Lysly for her engagement cake. Designs requested were the couple figurines, two standing hearts with a J&L, edible image of the couple's pic, message on a scroll, and a large cake board to place cupcakes surrounding the cake.

 Cake flavour was chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered with vanilla buttercream and fondant.

Custom handmade fantasy flower.

Cake size was 12 inches square, 4 inches height. The weight of the cake was around 6-7kg.

Handbag Cake

Nowadays, celebration cakes no longer come in just the traditional round or square cakes. It can be sculptured to any shapes that you like. I'm not an expert in novelty cakes or sculptured cakes but this is my latest design that I acquired from my recent class with sifu Yasmin of Bakingproject recently. Thanks Min for your guidance.

Red And White Engagement Cake

Hi, I'm back with my baking but not in full force. This is my first engagement cake made for my brother-in-law which was held recently. The cake had traveled all the way to Kudat safe and sound. The couple wanted a red and white as their theme colour and the cake flavour was a tri-marble cake- pandan chocolate vanilla butter cake.

The couple figurines were handmade with sugarpaste/fondant.

Moist Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Beneath this cake lies double layer of moist, lightly spiced cake that are flecked with carrots, sandwiched with walnuts and enveloped by a generous coating of creamy cream cheese frosting. It is further enhanced with a generous amount of chopped toasted walnuts on the sides that adds the nice crunch of contrasting texture..

Yup, carrot cake will never go out of time. I love carrot cake. In fact, carrot cake was the first cake that I baked when I first started on this hobby.. then came along the chocolate cake.. :)

This carrot cake is delicious, and offers a welcome treat be it for birthdays or any other occasion. It also makes a mouth-watering alternative for those who don’t like chocolate or other cakes. The cake weighs around 2 kg and price at RM65.

A Present Cake - Rich Fruit Cake Covered With Fondant

Now you can surprise your friends or love ones with this present cake. At first glance, they'll think that it's a real present. In fact, it is a present with a cake in it :) The ribbon and tag were made of fondant sugarpaste. They are all edible except for the cake board of course.. :P

Cake type can be of buttercake, butter walnut cake, chocolate moist cake, butter oreo cake, marble cake, orange buttercake or carrot cake.

A Shirt Cake for Daddy

A 7 '' oreo butter cake covered with fondant. Decorations (neck tie, collar, alphabet and tags are made of fondant. I did this for my dad's birthday recently. Also perfect for Father's Day occasion.
